With the launch of Diablo 4 Season 6 and the release of Vessel of Hatred expansion, the fun of playing Diablo 4 has reached a peak. Over the past few months, the game has undergone several major adjustments to how you level up, how loot is distributed, and what types of gear activities are available.
In this guide, we’ll focus on how to efficiently and quickly reach the current level cap in Season 6. Most of what we’re about to recommend doesn’t even require obtaining Vessel of Hatred expansion.
New Level Cap
The new level cap for Season 6 has been set at level 60. This is lower than the previous level cap of 100, but the character’s ability and equipment upgrades haven’t changed much. However, it’s now faster to level up to the new level cap.
Once players reach level 60, the updated Paragon system will automatically unlock, which consists of 300 levels. Every time a new Paragon level is reached, your character will receive additional rewards.
Time Required To Reach The Level Cap
Because the new level cap is lower than before and Diablo 4 offers a wealth of activities to help players reach it, the leveling process is player-friendly and fast. Without consulting an optimization guide, it takes about eight to ten hours to reach the highest level.
But if you refer to the strategy below, you can shorten the game time to five to six hours, because the guide will show you how to prioritize tasks to obtain XP rewards and Diablo 4 Gold.
Normal Difficulty
Playing on Normal difficulty in Diablo 4 is the fastest way to reach level 60. While higher difficulties can provide more XP per kill, Normal difficulty allows you to complete the leveling process most smoothly and quickly. On the interface to select the difficulty, the game will explain what you will gain and lose at each difficulty level.
Realmwalkers
Season 6 introduces new characters, Realmwalkers. These Realmwalkers will become one of the most popular activities in the game because they provide rich rewards. In particular, Seething Opals, a new type of Elixir, provides a fixed bonus of 15% to all XP gains when activated.
To obtain Opals, players must complete the dungeons that each Realmwalker carries. After defeating the boss, they will drop the red portal they are dragging, which allows you to enter Seething Realm where the dungeon is located.
Opals can stack with other potions. If you craft Elixirs that increase experience points at Alchemist, even if there are not many of them, these Elixirs can be used with Opals.
For example, if you have a Seasonal Realm character and use the buffs from the seasonal rewards, you may find that your experience points increase by nearly 30%.
Therefore, it is always beneficial to have a lot of Elixirs, especially when they can stack with Opals. In addition, Incense can be crafted in the game, which is a consumable that can stack with Opals and Elixirs, providing additional experience points. In short, the combination of Opals and Diablo 4 Items can significantly increase the growth rate of your character.
Start Realmwalkers Quest
To start Realmwalkers quest, you need to travel to the city of Zarbinzet and speak to Crusader Damond, which will start Creeping Hatred quest. Every 15 minutes, a new Realmwalker will spawn in a random area of the world.
Another will spawn every hour only in Nahantu as a reward from Vessel of Hated master. Their location is indicated on the map by a horned skull icon. Once you approach there to start the fight, it will show Realmwalker’s health and how close you are to it.
The quest involves defeating Realmwalkers and completing Seething Realm dungeons. The more dungeons you complete, the higher your Opals stack will go, ensuring you never run out. These dungeons are public events, so you’ll likely run into other players doing the same quest. Not only will this provide a small bonus of experience points and Diablo 4 Gold, it will also make the challenge easier, allowing for faster progress.

Choosing Activities To Progress Multiple Quests
There are a lot of activities in Diablo 4, with varying challenges and rewards. Some give you access to more than one reward/progression track. In the case of Whispers, they enter Tree of Whispers quest and rotate around the world map.
Any activity can be a Whisper, so it’s wise to wait until the activity you want to play becomes a Whisper. The same idea applies to pretty much everything else you can do in Diablo 4. If you want to fight a World Boss or run a Stronghold, for example, you can wait until they become Whispers.
Paragon Levels
Once you’ve reached level 60, your next goal is to unlock as many Paragon levels as possible. There are a whopping 300 levels to complete, and they carry over between characters, so unlike normal character levels, you don’t have to do that much of a grind for every character you create in the future.
Helltides are a significant source of XP in endgame. Additionally, prioritize any new activities that arrive with a new season, as it will offer the most good items and a lot of Diablo 4 Gold, and is also when you can naturally unlock higher difficulties, which creates new build goals for you.
In conclusion, be sure to utilize these strategies so that you can get the most bang for your buck in the shortest amount of time and have fun with the game. Have fun!
